Meet Lauren

What began as a passion project has grown into a vision for creating something truly meaningful. As the founder of Lifetime Event Rentals, a Phoenix, Arizona–based event rental company, Lauren brings a thoughtful blend of big-picture vision and hands-on experience to everything she does. She sets the tone for the company—leading with care, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the moments that matter most.

Known as the creative force and detail queen behind so many unforgettable celebrations, Lauren has a natural ability to bring beauty, intention, and ease to every event rental down to every last chair. Her passion and dedication are felt in each thoughtfully curated rental and every client relationship, and it’s that love for the work that continues to shape the heart of Lifetime Event Rentals.

Wearing many hats as an owner, entrepreneur, and mom, Lauren balances leadership with warmth and authenticity. A Pacific Northwest native, she now calls Arizona home—drawn to the sunshine, outdoor living, and endless inspiration found in the desert landscape. Though her roots are in a small town, she remains deeply connected to the Phoenix community and loves supporting local businesses, and collaborating with fellow creatives.

When she’s not bringing event visions to life, you’ll likely find her hiking with her husband, exploring local brunch spots, cheering on her two kids, or tapping into her competitive side as a former college soccer player. Grateful for the work she gets to do every day, Lauren is proud to lead a business rooted in genuine relationships, thoughtful design, and celebrations that leave a lasting impression.

At the heart of Lifetime Event Rentals, Arizona’s trusted event rental company, is a team built on experience, trust, and genuine care—one that began long before our rental collection came to life.

Our roots start with Lifetime Moving & Storage, a family-owned and operated company proudly run by Lauren’s husband, Shawn. For the past seven years, Shawn has led Lifetime Moving with a commitment to dependable service, strong values, and taking care of both customers and crew. Backed by generations of moving experience, the Lifetime team has been serving homes and businesses across Arizona with integrity for decades.

When Lauren joined the family business, she brought with her a background in weddings and events—and a natural creative eye. That blend of logistics, service, and design sparked an idea: why not do both? From that vision, Lifetime Event Rentals was born.

Today, our team is uniquely trained to support both sides of the business—seamless moves through Lifetime Moving & Storage and elevated weddings and celebrations through Lifetime Event Rentals. From serving families relocating across the street or across the country, to serving our community with thoughtfully curated event rentals, we’re proud to do it all—with care and intention.

Our moving team’s attention to detail, professionalism, and hands-on expertise translates seamlessly into the event world. Combined with Lauren’s experience in the wedding and event industry, we’re able to offer beautifully maintained rentals, reliable service, and a team you can truly trust behind the scenes.

Bob Watson

Lifetime would not exist without Bob Watson.

With over 50 years of experience in the moving industry, Bob played a foundational role in building what Lifetime is today. Alongside his son, Shawn, he helped establish the company and spent the first five years working closely with our team—sharing his knowledge, steady leadership, and unwavering support every step of the way.

Beyond his professional legacy, Bob is an incredible human, leader, husband, father, and grandfather. His integrity, work ethic, and commitment to doing things the right way set the foundation for everything we strive to be. We are endlessly grateful for his role in our story—and for the example he continues to set.

Shawn Watson

Shawn is our leader, constant, and biggest fan.

His trust and support have allowed Lifetime Event Rentals to come to life and continue to grow, giving us the freedom to be creative, try new ideas, and bring our vision to life. Dedicated, selfless, and endlessly hardworking, he balances keeping the office light and fun while getting things done with excellence.

Beyond his professional role, Shawn leads by example—showing our team how to combine integrity, care, and dedication in every project, whether it’s a seamless move or helping create unforgettable celebrations. He has a unique ability to inspire confidence while empowering everyone around him to take initiative, innovate, and grow.

As a husband, father, brother, and friend, Shawn’s support extends far beyond the office. We are endlessly grateful for his guidance, encouragement, and belief in everything we do, and for being the foundation that allows Lifetime Event Rentals to thrive.

Ali Gamberg

Ali has been a lifelong friend, teammate, and unwavering supporter since our early college soccer days.

She was instrumental in bringing Lifetime Event Rentals to life—helping put all the pieces in place while Lauren was still working full-time. Beyond her incredible support in building the business, Ali is an amazing friend, advocate, and biggest fan—always willing to jump in and help, no matter what.

Lifetime has her heart at its core, and we will be forever grateful for her love, encouragement, and belief in us. While she’s pursuing her dreams in her current adventure, we hope to have her back with us someday—but we couldn’t be prouder of all she’s accomplishing.
